NYSIM would like to introduce Cynthia Reyes—Simulation Operations Specialist
Cynthia Reyes received her B.A. in Psychology at CUNY Hunter College. Cynthia had professional train-ing as an Licensed Practical Nurse and participated in specialized coursework in the field of nursing dur-ing her high school years. Having such experience has led her into the simulation world where she had the opportunity to collaborate with nursing educators and prospective nursing students. She believes that building a strong foundation and educating early in a student's careers is key to creating an excep-tional well rounded professional.
The mission of NYSIM is to provide simulation education and research that fosters quality care, patient safety, and effective communication with patients and among health care professionals.
