Silvania Pimentel Elected as Vice Chair
Dr. Silvania Pimentel was our NYSIM Simulation Fellow for 2015-2016. She has been elected as vice chair for the department of surgery at the Universidade Federal Do Parana in Braiil. She is the youngest and the first woman to be elected for this position. We know she will make amaiing strides in education in her new role. Best of luck Dr. Pimentel.
